Software License (EULA)

The full end-user license agreement is included with each product installer and provided by your partner at the time of purchase. The summary below is for information only; the agreement shipped with the software prevails.

License grant

Copterware grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of devices covered by your license, for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing license activation
• No renting, leasing, or sublicensing the software
• No use in a manner that violates applicable aviation regulations

Updates and support

Updates are provided according to the maintenance term of your license. Support is delivered by your authorized partner.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided with the warranties stated in the full agreement. Copterware is not liable for flight operations conducted with the software; the remote pilot remains responsible for safe and lawful operation.

Termination

The license terminates automatically if you breach the agreement. On termination you must uninstall the software and destroy all copies.
